Some news from the rock + surf front....
Marlin fished their second common venue round and the team put in a solid performance with the a team coming in with a full house[no blobs] - they placed second in the comp and top angler was Ricky Prinsloo with 15.2 pts and a few good edible fish second was Dean Pretorius with 11.1 wpts that included a hound of 9.3 kg- a good performance that pushed the team up in log...
The 5th postal was fished last weekend - warm water and big seas made it difficult but the team scored a solid 88.4 pts once again Ricky Prinsloo came up trumps in the scratching department with his secret bait, scoring 18.3 pts from 11 fish, runner up was George Tripepi with 9 fish for 15.6 pts- although not a fantastic weight it should be a top ten finish and cement the teams place in the top five in the Kzn league...
